Ward has been a print and online journalist for more than 18 years. In 1999, after receiving his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification on Windows NT 4.0, he worked in the data center for a Fortune 500 company as an NT applications specialist. Following his stint in IT, he re-entered the field of journalism to combine his love of reporting and computers to become a technology writer. Shortly thereafter, Ward earned an MCSE certification on Windows 2000 Server. During his time with 1105 Media, he's held the posts of online news editor and senior editor of MCP Magazine, as well as editor of Redmond magazine.

Andrew is triCerat's Director of Product Development. He's worked at triCerat since prior to graduating from the University of Maryland, having majored in Computer Science. While he worked, Andrew also played in the marching band and maintains he did so in order to "get on the field during football games", which is where he ended up meeting his wife. Mr. Thomas came to Far Northern Regional Center from Andersen Consulting, where he coordinated between WAN implementation and software development in the automatic inventory replenishment unit. For the past 10 years, Mr. Thomas has specialized in the integration of IP voice, video, data encryption, and wide area network applications for improved workflow for Far Northern.
